Your line

Call your agent.

Call your Grok Bot's number from a phone you trust. Say your passcode. Then you are talking, live, with your own agent.

  1. A number you trustOnly the phones you list reach your agent. Everyone else still gets your receptionist.
  2. A passcode you sayFour to eight digits, spoken on the call. MyPhone keeps the hash, never the digits.
  3. Then it is your agentThe same Grok voice, with the tools your agent already has. It can call you back, too.

It can call you.

Ask your agent to call you. Your phone rings. If you set a passcode, it asks before anything else. Then you talk, both ways.

Short answers.

Who can reach your agent?

Only the phones you list, and only after you turn Call my agent on. It starts off.

What if the passcode is wrong?

Three misses and the call ends. You get an alert. The digits are not in that alert.

What about everyone else?

They get your normal greeting, a transfer, or voicemail. Nothing about your passcode.

Can the agent call me?

Yes. Ask it to call you. The same passcode check runs when you have one set.

Your agent, on your line.

A private call when it is you. The receptionist when it is not.
