Bring it into the call.

You are already talking with someone. Add your assistant to that call. It joins and stays.

All of three-way

It says who it is when it joins, and that the call is being recorded.

Then it hears both of you. It speaks when you address it, or when it can help.

Turn three-way calls on in Account settings first. They stay off until you do.
